In December 2010, I approached AEAS for assistance as advised by Ministry of Manpower to get a refund of the outstanding loan from My Maids Station which has been pending for a year.
I was pleasantly surprised to find how efficient Sara was during the visit. Within half an hour or thereabouts, she had the case documented. She followed through with the case expeditiously by ensuring the agency prepare the cheque and handing it to me without difficulty or problem. Indeed, it was a breeze getting the refund without question nor delay yesterday.

We would like to compliment Chee Kiat, an Accreditation Officer. We had a dispute case with Perpetual Help Management Services Pte Ltd since October 2010. It is unfortunate that we did not manage to settle our dispute amicably. Reason being Perpetual is dishonest & makes a lot of false allegations on us. Nonetheless, we would still like to thank Chee Kiat for his unconditional help & patience during this period of time. He is indeed a very responsible person who takes ownership of our case even though he is very busy with other matters on hand. For instance, there were times whereby he had to go home slightly later so that he could email Perpetual on our behalf.
