4 x passport size recent photographs of the licensee
1 copy of MOM Employment Agency Licence
1 copy of licensee identification card or passport (bring original for verification)
1 copy of latest Biz file extract from ACRA
Agency business card
Cheque of $1300 (This include a Joining Fee of $1000 and an Annual Subscription Fee of $300)

Application is subject to review by AEA(S) and it may take between 6 to 8 weeks for approval.
