Collection can only be made during office hour, between Monday - Friday. 10am - 5pm. SIM card Registration Period: I hereby acknowledged and agreed that I have noted on the IMDA guidelines, where upon all SIM cards collected must be registered within 7 days from the date of issue / collection / delivery / received. I acknowledged and agreed that all cards issued to and not registered past 7 days will be terminated and unusable.
