WorkSG is a MOM and AEA(S)-supported job-matching platform designed to connect former migrant workers who wish to return to Singapore with prospective employers through licensed employment agencies at source countries and in Singapore.

The key effort is to achieve a better job match by connecting the right worker to the right employer, taking into account the worker’s past experience, skills, work background, availability, and the employer’s actual job requirements.

Through a structured portal and the support of licensed employment agencies at source and in Singapore, WorkSG aims to reduce reliance on overseas middlemen, lower recruitment risks, improve transparency, and support a fairer hiring process for both workers and employers.
